Introduction to Major

The purpose of this major is to train professionals in the field of Food Service Management and Culinary who can enhance the competitiveness of the Food Service Industry, which is attracting attention as a core business in the 21st century, by studying and researching the latest theories and applications in the field of Food Service Management and Culinary.

Students will cultivate creative and innovative practical skills and independent research capabilities required in the era of the service economy based on the 4th industrial technology by learning and studying the latest theories and applications in the field of food service and culinary.

In this way, students will be able to act as the core professionals who will lead the development of food service management and cooking.

Career Exploration / Path

Become a faculty member and researcher at food service and culinary arts institution.

Work in product and Meny R&D, marketing planning, and sales for restaurant, food, and retail companies.

Work in strategic planning, supervision, training, and consulting for restaurant franchises.

Work in the field of restaurant entrepreneurship and consulting

Work as a data analyst for food and hospitality companies.
